Body strengthening exercises at home

We invite you to exercise together at home and share whole body strengthening exercises presented by Vytautas Magnus university Sports Centre associate professor-trainer Asta Mockienė.


Dynamic full-body warm-up: 5 sets of 30 sec., 10 sec. between sets rest.

Full-body strengthening exercises: 2-3 series of 10-15 repetitions, between exercises 10 sec. rest, and between series 2-3 min. rest.

Regular exercise will make you more resistant to trauma, reduce fatigue, improve your quality of life, and strengthen your psycho-emotional health.
