Tennis is a dynamic sport that requires physical strength, endurance, dexterity and good coordination. Tennis can be played by 2 or 4 players. The purpose of the game is to send the ball to the opponent’s side so that the opponent cannot hit it.

Tennis helps to strengthen not only muscles but also bones. Likewise, it helps to improve posture, coordination and flexibility.
