In the battle between neighbors in the URBO-NKL tournament table, Šakiai Vytis-VDU (17-5) easily extended their winning streak to six. Erikas Kučiauskas’s team had no trouble at home, defeating a depleted Telšiai (15-7) team 107-89 (32-21, 26-23, 26-21, 23-24).
After this match, Šakiai remains in second place, while the champions are in fourth. Vytis-VDU also won the first match between the two teams, 93-79.
