Pilates is a training method that involves a variety of exercises designed to train the deep muscles of the body. Maintaining a correct position of the spine and joints must during these exercises is essential. Pilates training method involves performing small-amplitude movements that can produce obvious results: posture changes, strengthen the deep muscles of the body, reduce back pain, improved flexibility and respiratory functions.
