Aerobic gymnastics

Aerobic gymnastics is a state of the gymnastic sport that requires the ability to perform high intensity aerobic movements in music, combined with static and dynamic strength, jump, flexibility and balance exercises. Aerobic gymnastics develops aerobic and anaerobic endurance, jumping, flexibility, strength and improves movement coordination.
