Athletics (running)

Running is one of the most effective health enhancement measures that improves the cardiovascular system, reduces mental strain, gives the body a full and active rest.

Running training are organized individually and in groups three times a week. Running training develops endurance, exercises that strengthen the muscles of the body. Students who want to compete, have the opportunity to prepare and participate in  running competitions.
