Basketball is one of the most popular sports at VMU Sports Center. Basketball exercises provide students the opportunity to learn or improve various techniques (ball throwing, passing) and tactics. The acquired skills are applied to playing in teams. This sport is great for improving physical fitness, it develops basic physical qualities – strength, endurance, dexterity. Basketball competitions or 3×3 basketball tournaments are organized for students who attend basketball training.
