During physical training students, under the supervision of a coach, carry out their own exercises using comprehensive or specialized (sports-specific) physical training, weight loss and muscle mass building programs. Depending on the wishes of the students and the goals of the program, the exercises are usually designed for 4-6 weeks. They include three types of exercise: strength exercises (strength training, free weights, rubber, etc.), endurance exercises (cardio, running, etc.) and stretching exercises. At the beginning and end of the training phase, students can be assigned a physique determined, which allows to evaluate the result achieved during exercise.
