We invite VMU staff to discover the joy of sports together

The fall semester has begun – the perfect time to take care of yourself and bring more movement into your day. The VMU Sports Center invites all university staff to try a wide range of free activities in our modern sports facilities. Whether you prefer individual workouts or group sessions with colleagues and students – here everyone can find something that suits them.

At VMU, sports mean not only a stronger body, but also new friendships, a sense of community, and energy for the whole day. Join a community that builds a healthier and more active university life.

How to register?

  1. Visit sportas.vdu.lt/registracija.

  2. Select your preferred activity and click Continue.

  3. Agree to the terms and click Register.

You can choose several activities that fit your needs and schedule.

Online workouts – every Friday

Every Friday at 12:00 p.m. we invite you to join a 20-minute online workout with trainer Asta Mockienė. Simple but effective exercises will help you relax, regain energy, improve posture and circulation – and you can do them right at your workplace.

Stay active during your lunch break!

Got an hour free? Use it actively!

  • On Mondays and Wednesdays, 12:00–1:00 p.m. – wellness exercises with Indrė Piličiauskaitė.

  • On Tuesdays and Thursdays, 12:00–1:00 p.m. – functional training with Domantas Žalga.

All sessions take place at the VMU Agriculture Academy Central Building, Studentų g. 11-106, Akademija, Kaunas district.


Sports at the VMU Sports Center are not just about taking care of your health, but also about getting to know your colleagues from a new perspective. Don’t hesitate to register, try different activities, and become part of an active VMU community.
