General Gymnastics

General gymnastics –  aerobic exercises for endurance, strength, flexibility, joint mobility. During general gymnastics uses a variety of equipment and devices: steps, elastic rubbers, light weights, large elastic balls, functional belts. The group has two general gymnastics activities per week.
