The championship of National students volleyball league was held in Vilnius on 21-22 of April, 2018.
In the girls group the strongest and unconquerable were students from Vytautas Magnus university (VMU). Three years in a row VMU girls becomes the champions of this games. They won the semi-final 3-0 (25:23, 25:12, 25:25) against the Lithuanian Sports University team, and in the fight for gold 3-1 (26:24, 23:25, 25:18, 25:20) VMU team has proved its superiority against by representatives of Vilnius University.
The best players of this season were elected: the best joining player – Justina Vaišnoraitė (VU), the best free defense counsel – Indrė Pretkelytė (VU), 1st best central locker – Jomilė Bytautaitė (LSMU), IInd best central locker – Milda Vencevičiūtė (VU), the best attacker – Miglė Mazurkeviciute (VU), the second best attacker – Vytenė Vitkauskaitė (VMU). The best player in the league – Jomilė Bytautaitė (LSMU), who has scored even 242 points in the season.
