Vytautas Magnus University Sports Centre shares physical activity training at home.

PILATES

Exercise should be done 8-10 times, all exercises should be repeated 2 times. We invite you to perform the exercises according to the physical capacity of your body. Coach – Roma Aleksandravičienė.

FULL BODY STRENGTHENING EXERCISE

Exercise should be done 8-12 times, all exercises should be repeated 4 times. A pillow, book, chair or something slippery (towel, cloth or other) are used for the exercises. Coach – Indrė Piličiauskaitė.

WORKOUTS ONLINE

Vytautas Magnus university Sports Centre invites members of the university community to participate in online training, which takes place every Wednesday and Friday at 10:30 a. m., on the ZOOM platform. Training conducts whole-body muscle groups. Training duration – 45 minutes.
