100th Anniversary Walk-Run of Journalism Studies at VMU
We invite you to move together with the Vytautas Magnus University community! Continuing the beautiful tradition of walk series dedicated to celebrating the most important anniversaries in the university’s history, this year we will commemorate the 100th anniversary of Journalism Studies at VDU. We invite you to complete the symbolic 1925-meter course together at the VDU Botanical Garden.
The event will take place on May 10, 2025 (Saturday) at the VDU Botanical Garden, Ž. E. Žilibero St. 4.
Schedule:
• 10:00–11:30 AM – Participants are invited to undergo various health tests: body composition analysis, hand grip strength (dynamometer) measurement, lung function (spirometer) test, blood pressure and oxygen uptake evaluation, and more.
• 11:30–11:45 AM – Group warm-up and preparation for the run.
• 12:00 PM – Start: completing the symbolic 1925-meter course.
