Join the University Summer Challenge! It’s a challenge that was accepted by hundreds of Lithuania and Europe universities’ students and employees, with regard to physical activity.
The aim of the project is to increase physical activity within academic communities in universities by challenging them into associating academic world with active lifestyle, and physical activity with fun.
University Summer Challenge provides means for community members from different universities to register their physical activity (its type, intensity and duration) on a website during the summer.
The registration starts on the 1st of June and finishes on the 31st of August. The project focuses on the social snow-ball effect idea that results bring out more results, in other words: competing with oneself, one’s teammates (students, professors, administration, etc.) in the Faculty and one’s rivals motivates and unites the competitors for a common goal of a healthy life-style!
We kindly invite students, teachers, administrative staff and other members of the academical community from 1st of June register to the „Summer Challenge“!
On June 5th – June 6st, 2019, from 12:00 to 15:00 o’clock, do a free of charge body composition analysis test and get a consultation from a coach of physical training, Mrs. Asta Mockienė. This test will help you to get your “reference point” for a “Summer Challenge” and you will be welcomed to repeat it in the beginning of September, by the end of a challenge.
