VMU Sports Centre schedule of physical activities (information updated 06.22)

From May 25th VMU Sports Centre begins to carry out physical activities at Vytautas Magnus University Agriculture Academy sports ground (Studentų str. 11).

Only those persons who are registered for a specific physical activity can participate in the activities organized by VMU Sports Centre. You can find the registration form here.

It is recommended that all visitors wear protective equipment (face masks, respirators, etc.) covering their nose and mouth when not exercising; maintain a physical distance of 2 meters in training; be with your sportswear, have your own mat and towel, tennis rackets or other necessary equipment.

Monday

10:00 – 12:45; 17:00 – 21:15 – tennis

17:30 – 18:30 – group and functional training (coaches Indrė Piličiauskaitė and Domantas Žalga)

18:00 – 19:30 – running training (coach Alfonsas Kazlauskas)

19:00 – 20:30 – basketball

Tuesday

10:00 – 12:45; 17:00 – 21:15 – tennis

12:00 – 13:00 – group and functional training (coaches Indrė Piličiauskaitė and Domantas Žalga)

19:00 – 20:30 – football (coach Mantas Gintalas)

17:30 – 21:00 – beach volleyball (coach Alfonsas Kazlauskas)

Wednesday

10:00 – 12:45; 17:00 – 21:15 – tennis

18:00 – 19:30 – running training (coach Alfonsas Kazlauskas)

19:00 – 20:30 – basketball

Thursday

10:00 – 12:45; 17:00 – 21:15 – tennis

12:00 – 13:00 – group training and functional training (coaches Indrė Piličiauskaitė and Domantas Žalga)

17:30 – 21:00 – beach volleyball (coach Alfonsas Kazlauskas)

19:00 – 20:30 – football (coach Mantas Gintalas)

Friday

10:00 – 12:45; 17:00 – 21:15 – tennis

Workouts each week will be complemented by new activities: pilates, HIIT, basketball, football, beach volleyball, tennis, badminton, Zumba, and more.
