Running workouts at home
VMU Sports Centre has prepared running training at home. The workouts are for all running enthusiasts who want to try out running sports at home or even hold a marathon at home.
Workouts are comprehensively composed of warm-up, muscle stretching, improvement of running techniques, leg muscle speed, leg muscle strength training exercises. These workouts allow you to prepare for the running season at home or to continue the preparation that has already begun.
Training is presented by Alfonsas Kazlauskas, VMU Sports Center athletics coach.
