Training for sports diversification
VMU Sports Centre presents training for those who want to diversify their exercises. A football, basketball or other sports ball can also be used for training. The workouts do not last long, so it is a great cartridge for a good mood for the whole day.
Training is represented by Martynas Gintalas, coach of VMU Sports Centre football team.
Fast leg workout
- Warm-up 5 minutes
- Do one exercise for 10-20 seconds
- Do a series of all the exercises 2-3 times
Functional training with a ball
- Warm-up 5 minutes
- Do one exercise for 10-20 seconds
- There is a 30-second break after the series
- Do a series of all the exercises 2-3 times
Ball driving training
- Warm-up 5 minutes
- Do one exercise for 60-seconds
- There is a 30-second break after the series
- Do a series of all the exercises 1-3 times
