Weekly Physical Activity Training

We introducing a full week of physical activity workouts for everyone at home. Exercise is being performed by VMU Sports Centre coach Domantas Žalga.

The training starts on Monday. Each day of training is for different muscle groups. This is how the whole body is trained and proper physical activity is maintained.

The need for physical activity (in COVID-19 situation and at home) is emphasized by the World Health Organization (WHO) and recommends being physically active for 30 minutes a day (for adults) doing muscle-building exercises.
