Strength sport

Strength sport is one of the most popular individual sports that develop strength and willpower. VMU Sports Center offers to try one of three strength sports – power tripod, weightlifting and lifting weights.

  • A power tripod consists of three exercises: squats, strain pressure while lying on the bench and rebounds.
  • Weightlifting consists of two exercises: strain removal and strain pushing.
  • Weight lifting consists of two exercises: lifting weights and pushing weights.
